Where to take Chinese exam?

In Spain, you can take Chinese exam in some public universities. For example, University of Cadiz issues certificates for your language level.  You can also consider taking remote courses at UNED. In the end of the course, if you pass the exam, you will have the certificate. Normally, they give certification of your Chinese proficiency according to Common European Framework of Reference for Lanauge (CEFR).
